We strongly believe that the ultimate task of PBSA operators is not only to provide high-quality accommodation and services for their guests but to also contribute in some way to the growth and development process of the leading generation of the future. In terms of priority and importance, these two objectives are 100% equal, and both must be taken into consideration by the industry in their day-to-day operations and in a forward-looking view of corporate strategy.
In such a hectic and complex world, it is essential to play the role of 'facilitators' and provide our young guests with the necessary tools and insights to inform, intrigue, and stimulate them, so that they can look around with a critical eye and fully understand the dynamics and the social context that surrounds them, turning their gaze even beyond the horizon of the single campus where they live.
A Clear Mission
The intention is to help student residents become aware of the fact that their ideas, their choices, their actions, whatever they may be, have a fundamental weight and importance within society and that, in this sense, they must be cared for, cultivated, and supported.

Within the campuses, students interact with a scaled reproduction of society, an interconnected one, made up of people and relationships, where they can confront, influence, cooperate, and even help one another; this is thanks to what we could call their 'second family' outside the campus, namely the student community. This is why it is precisely the community that should always be considered as the added value of the experience we offer our guests.
Therefore, the next step is to make young people understand how this interconnected dimension of community, the concept of openness and closeness to others, extends far beyond the campus and translates to many forms and dimensions. We, as operators in the sector, have the task of giving evidence and prominence to this concept of community. This is what we constantly try to do at CX, through a dense program of activities, projects, initiatives, and partnerships in which we are involved together with our foundation (i.e. Fondazione Experience) in an attempt to make our own small contribution.
ESG Takes Centre-Stage
In a business context such as ours, ESG issues are of central importance. Not only in terms of the impact that our structures have in the territorial context in which they operate but also in terms of how they manage to graft themselves into the social fabric that they enrich. Once again, we believe that our community can act as a true enabler of sustainable projects and of our ESG strategy. As a student housing operator, we feel responsible for triggering this virtuous circle by promoting initiatives and projects with a social and environmental impact, often by directly and actively involving our guests, enabling them to "do their part”.

When we say that our campuses should not simply be a place to stay but the place to be, we are also referring to this: students arrive in realities like ours between the ages of 18 and 22, when they are most flexible, open to confrontation, curious, courageous, and determined. It is crucial at this precious stage of growth to provide them with the right stimuli to look in the mirror and realise that they are, like everyone else, an essential element within society.
It is then up to the free choice of each individual to define how to design and develop their own path from who they are to who you want to be, but we make sure to prepare the foundation for them as best we can to make this journey possible.
