Join us in Madrid for a collaborative forum that will bring together leaders from government, higher education institutions, investors, and operators. Our mission at this event is to build robust public-private partnerships to address the student housing crisis, setting a visionary agenda and developing actionable plans to ensure student communities in Spain are resilient and future-ready.
The event will commence in the morning with a workshop centered on the four pillars for student living identified by The Class: Availability, Accessibility, Experience, and Collaboration.
Following the workshop, we will unveil the main findings from this year's EU Student Living Monitor, highlighting the impact of students' living environments on their happiness and well-being, with a special focus on Spain.
Attendees will also gain a comprehensive 360° view of the Spanish market, featuring an overview of higher education and internationalisation trends presented by SEPIE, and an analysis of the real estate and student housing situation by Knight Frank.
The programme will conclude with a town hall-style conversation, moderated by operators RESA and Livensa Living. This interactive panel will encourage audience input and aim to foster stronger public-private collaborations, mapping out action points for creating accessible and quality housing in Spain.
In the evening after the event, attendees are invited to join a site tour and drinks reception at one of Livensa Living's prime student accommodation schemes!
