The Class Foundation was founded in response to the student housing crisis
We are a partner-based non-profit organisation dedicated to advancing student housing across Europe.
Together with our industry leading ecosystem of over 100 partners, our mission as strategists is to improve student living across four key pillars: Availability, Accessibility, Experience, and Collaboration.
By connecting operators, investors, policymakers, universities, tech leaders, and student organisations, we lead a community and platform where leaders come together to shape a better future for student living in Europe.
Availability
Expanding the supply of housing stock to meet the growing demand.

Ensuring equitable and affordable accommodation for a diverse range of students.

Leading a collective agenda across sectors and public-private stakeholders.
Our 10 year vision.
Through collaboration with industry experts and data, we have identified a pressing need to add 3.2 million PBSA beds across Europe in the next 10 years.
To meet this challenge, The Class is developing a 10-year vision that breaks down actionable targets and recommendations at both a European and National level, with a particular focus on key markets.
We provide a community and platform for sector leaders committed to the betterment of student living in university cities.
We host regional forums and a flagship annual conference where we discuss the forces that are shaping student living.
Through our research initiatives, we gain deep insights into the evolving trends and data shaping student living across Europe.
